How do I return an item?

We want you to be extremely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not happy with it, please return it for an Exchange or for a Full Refund.
Just send back the item(s) you want to exchange, or return for a refund along with a copy of your receipt, within 30 days of purchase. Put them in a bubble envelope or cardboard box for protection and mail them INSURED, with a note requesting what you would like us to exchange them for or that you would like a refund to:

INCORRECT SIZE INFORMATION
Please be aware that all of our rings are made to the exact size provided to us by yourself. Any error in sizing necessitates the crafting of a new ring. The wrongly sized ring may be returned, along with 50% of the initial expense, in order to cover the additional costs of creating another ring. Once completed, the new ring will be shipped to you.
